1. Acceptance of These Terms
Your use of YoyoArena, including all games, features, and services available through yoyoarena.com, constitutes your binding agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you find any part of these terms unacceptable, you must refrain from accessing or using the platform.
In these terms, "YoyoArena", "we" and "us" mean the people who run yoyoarena.com.
This agreement governs the relationship between YoyoArena and every individual who visits, registers on, or otherwise engages with our platform. You confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years to use this service.
2. License Grant and Usage Boundaries
YoyoArena grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform strictly for personal entertainment. This license does not convey any ownership interest in the platform or its content.
The following actions are expressly forbidden under this license:
- Reproducing, adapting, or building derivative works from any part of the platform without written authorization.
- Using platform content or services for unauthorized commercial gain.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any YoyoArena software or systems.
- Stripping or altering copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary labels.
- Distributing, mirroring, or rehosting platform materials on external servers.
- Scraping the platform, or using automated tools, scripts, or bots to overload it or to interact with accounts or games on your behalf. Search-engine and advertising crawlers that follow the site's robots.txt rules are not covered by this restriction.
3. Account Creation and Responsibilities
Registering for a YoyoArena account requires you to supply truthful, up-to-date information. Submitting false or misleading details is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
As an account holder, you bear responsibility for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
- Every action taken through your account, regardless of whether you personally authorized it.
- Reporting any suspected unauthorized access or security breach to us without delay.
- Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
Never share your password with anyone. Should you become aware of any compromise to your account's security, email us at info@yoyoarena.com right away.
4. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating Standards
Every user is expected to play honestly, and the following behaviors will not be tolerated:
- Utilizing cheat tools, memory editors, game hacks, or exploit techniques that confer an illegitimate advantage.
- Running bots, macro programs, auto-clickers, or any form of automation to simulate human gameplay.
- Operating multiple accounts in order to abuse the service.
- Deliberately triggering or abusing software bugs, glitches, or system errors.
Accounts that violate these standards may be suspended or closed. YoyoArena may review account activity to enforce these rules.
5. Rewards Program (Paused)
YoyoArena previously offered an optional rewards program that recorded a small balance on an account for each completed rewarded session. The rewards program is paused. While it is paused, no new rewarded sessions are available. A rewarded session that was already open before the pause can still be completed, and its amount is then recorded on the account.
Balances that were recorded on an account before the pause remain recorded on that account. Withdrawals are not currently available. YoyoArena makes no promise that a recorded balance will be paid out, exchanged, or honoured in any particular way.
Playing the games is free and is not affected by the pause. Questions about the rewards program, or about a balance recorded on your account, can be sent to info@yoyoarena.com.
6. No Guarantee; Entertainment-Only Platform
YoyoArena is a free entertainment platform. It is not a job, not income, not an investment, and not a path to financial return. YoyoArena makes no promises, representations, or warranties about the value or the future treatment of any balance, score, or progress recorded on the platform.
The platform is intended purely as entertainment. Do not treat it as a source of income and do not engage with it for essential financial needs. The games remain free to play.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You commit to using YoyoArena lawfully and respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited:
- Sending us content, such as messages or feedback, that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
- Misrepresenting your identity or pretending to be another person, organization, or entity.
- Taking actions that disrupt, overload, or impair the platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
- Breaching any local, national, or international statute or regulation while using the service.
- Using the platform in connection with gambling schemes, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal enterprise.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, features, technology, and branding associated with YoyoArena — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and text — are owned by or licensed to YoyoArena and are protected under intellectual property laws worldwide.
You may not use YoyoArena's name, logo, or other brand elements without prior written permission. Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you submit to us become our property, and we may incorporate them into the platform without compensation or attribution.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
YoyoArena may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without advance notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or that continued access poses a risk to the platform or to other people who use it. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement end immediately.
You may close your account at any time by emailing a request to info@yoyoarena.com. Sections of these terms that are intended to survive termination — such as those covering intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and disputes — will remain in effect.
10. Caps on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoyoArena and the people who run it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss, corruption, or unavailability of game progress, saved data, scores, or any intangible value.
- Loss of business opportunity, reputation, or goodwill.
- Harm resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.
- Disruptions caused by technical outages, software bugs, or connectivity failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoyoArena's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
11. No Warranties
YoyoArena is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the platform, nor do we warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content or information available through it.
12. Your Obligation to Indemnify
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless YoyoArena and the people who run it from claims, damages, and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your infringement of any third-party rights through your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.
14. Modifications to These Terms
YoyoArena may revise these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date, and they apply from that date.
By continuing to access or use the platform after revised terms are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
15. Third-Party Advertisements
YoyoArena may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks, including but not limited to Google AdSense. These ads may be targeted based on browsing behavior, content context, or other non-personally identifiable criteria. YoyoArena is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertiser. Your interactions with advertised products or services, including any purchases, are solely between you and the respective advertiser, and YoyoArena assumes no liability for such transactions.
16. Severability
Should any individual provision of these Terms of Service be deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed entirely if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
