1. Acceptance of These Terms

Your use of YoyoArena, including all games, features, and services available through yoyoarena.com, constitutes your binding agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you find any part of these terms unacceptable, you must refrain from accessing or using the platform.

This agreement governs the relationship between YoyoArena and every individual who visits, registers on, or otherwise engages with our platform. You confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years to use this service.

2. License Grant and Usage Boundaries

YoyoArena grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform strictly for personal entertainment and participation in any optional features the platform may offer from time to time. This license does not convey any ownership interest in the platform or its content.

The following actions are expressly forbidden under this license:

• Reproducing, adapting, or building derivative works from any part of the platform without written authorization.
• Using platform content or services for unauthorized commercial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any YoyoArena software or systems.
• Stripping or altering copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary labels.
• Distributing, mirroring, or rehosting platform materials on external servers.
• Employing automated tools, scripts, crawlers, or bots to interact with the platform in any way.

3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

Registering for a YoyoArena account requires you to supply truthful, up-to-date information. Submitting false or misleading details is a violation of these terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

As an account holder, you bear responsibility for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
• Every action taken through your account, regardless of whether you personally authorized it.
• Reporting any suspected unauthorized access or security breach to our team without delay.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

Never share your password with anyone. Should you become aware of any compromise to your account's security, contact us at support@yoyoarena.com right away.

4. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating Standards

Maintaining a level playing field is fundamental to the YoyoArena experience. Every user is expected to compete honestly, and the following behaviors will not be tolerated:

• Utilizing cheat tools, memory editors, game hacks, or exploit techniques that confer an illegitimate advantage.
• Running bots, macro programs, auto-clickers, or any form of automation to simulate human gameplay.
• Operating more than one account to game eligibility for the rewards program or any optional account features.
• Coordinating with other users to fix match outcomes, inflate scores, or rig competition results.
• Deliberately triggering or abusing software bugs, glitches, or system errors.
• Directing abusive, threatening, or toxic behavior toward other players or staff.

Users found violating these standards face permanent account suspension, forfeiture of any account benefits, and, where warranted, pursuit of legal remedies. YoyoArena uses a combination of automated detection systems and human review to enforce these rules.

5. Rewards Program

YoyoArena operates an optional rewards program that pays a cash payout to engaged players for each completed rewarded session. The program is funded by YoyoArena's revenue share from a network of third-party game providers (the "Provider Network") whose games are integrated into the YoyoArena library. Each completed rewarded session generates partner ad-revenue inside the provider's own monetization system; the provider shares a portion of that revenue with YoyoArena as a publishing partner, and YoyoArena passes a further portion to the player as a thank-you for the engagement that produced it. The rewards program is not funded by any display advertising shown on the YoyoArena pages themselves.

Payouts accrue to a balance visible on the user's dashboard. The balance has no cash value until it is withdrawn through the platform's withdrawal flow. Withdrawals become available once the balance reaches the minimum threshold shown on the earnings page (currently $10 USD), and are subject to identity-verification and anti-fraud checks. Payouts cannot be transferred between accounts, do not earn interest, and are not redeemable outside the withdrawal flow offered on the platform.

Every payout is contingent upon verified compliance with the fair play standards described in Section 4. YoyoArena retains the authority to:

• Revoke or claw back accrued balance associated with any account flagged for policy violations, multi-accounting, or suspicious engagement patterns.
• Place a hold on pending withdrawals while an investigation into potential misconduct is underway.
• Adjust per-session payout amounts, withdrawal thresholds, accrual rates, and eligibility criteria, with reasonable advance notice where practical. Adjustments may be required as Provider Network terms, regional regulation, or platform economics change.
• Request identity verification, payment-method verification, or additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Deny withdrawals and close accounts that are confirmed to have breached fair play or other platform rules.
• Discontinue the rewards program in whole or in part at any time, with reasonable advance notice where practical.

Withdrawal processing time varies by withdrawal method and is shown clearly on the earnings page before a withdrawal is confirmed. Once a withdrawal is dispatched to the chosen payout method, any further restrictions, fees, or expiry rules imposed by the payment processor are the responsibility of that processor, not YoyoArena.

6. No Guarantee of Earnings; Entertainment-Only Platform

YoyoArena is a free entertainment platform. The rewards program is a thank-you for consistent engagement; it is not a job, not income, not an investment, and not a path to financial return. The value any individual accrues through the program, if any, depends on many factors including:

• Frequency and duration of completed rewarded sessions.
• Which games a user chooses to engage with (per-session payouts vary by provider and game).
• Provider Network terms in effect at the time of play, which can change without notice.
• Regional availability of specific providers and withdrawal methods.

Payouts are never guaranteed. YoyoArena makes no promises, representations, or warranties that any user will accrue any particular balance or successfully withdraw any particular amount. Any results highlighted in testimonials or editorial material reflect individual experience and should not be interpreted as typical.

The platform is intended purely as entertainment. Do not rely on YoyoArena payouts as income, do not treat the platform as a side-hustle, and do not engage with the platform for essential financial needs. If the rewards mechanism is not interesting to you, you can ignore the balance entirely; the games remain free to play.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You commit to using YoyoArena lawfully and respectfully. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Misrepresenting your identity or pretending to be another person, organization, or entity.
• Taking actions that disrupt, overload, or impair the platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Breaching any local, national, or international statute or regulation while using the service.
• Using the platform in connection with gambling schemes, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal enterprise.

8. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, features, technology, and branding associated with YoyoArena — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and text — are owned by or licensed to YoyoArena and are protected under intellectual property laws worldwide.

You may not use YoyoArena's name, logo, or other brand elements without prior written permission. Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you submit to us become our property, and we may incorporate them into the platform without compensation or attribution.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

YoyoArena may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without advance notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or that continued access poses a risk to the platform or its community. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this agreement end immediately.

You may voluntarily close your account by sending a request to support@yoyoarena.com. Sections of these terms that are intended to survive termination — such as those covering intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

10. Caps on Liability

Under no circumstances will YoyoArena, its officers, team members, contractors, partners, or service providers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss, corruption, or unavailability of game progress, saved data, scores, or any intangible value.
• Loss of business opportunity, reputation, or goodwill.
• Harm resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account.
• Disruptions caused by technical outages, software bugs, or connectivity failures.

In all cases, YoyoArena's aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform is capped at the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100), or (b) the total amount of rewards-program withdrawals processed to you during the preceding twelve months. For clarity, accrued rewards-program balance that has not yet been withdrawn does not constitute "payment" to YoyoArena and is not included in this calculation. Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer-protection law applicable to you.

11. No Warranties

YoyoArena is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We provide no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the platform, nor do we warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content or information available through it.

12. Your Obligation to Indemnify

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YoyoArena, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or connected to your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited by local consumer-protection statute, any unresolved dispute between you and YoyoArena shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association rather than litigation in court.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party retains the right to (a) bring an individual action in small-claims court for any dispute that falls within that court's jurisdiction, and (b) seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights or confidential information. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only; the parties waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, collective, or representative proceeding.

Each party will bear its own arbitration costs except as required by the rules of the arbitral forum or by applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this section is intended to override any non-waivable right granted to you by the consumer-protection law of your country or state of residence.

14. Modifications to These Terms

YoyoArena may revise these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Substantive changes take effect 30 days after publication.

By continuing to access or use the platform after revised terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

15. Third-Party Advertisements

YoyoArena may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising networks, including but not limited to Google AdSense. These ads may be targeted based on browsing behavior, content context, or other non-personally identifiable criteria. YoyoArena is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party advertiser. Your interactions with advertised products or services, including any purchases, are solely between you and the respective advertiser, and YoyoArena assumes no liability for such transactions.

16. Severability

Should any individual provision of these Terms of Service be deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed entirely if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
