  • Rewards Program Records (balance, withdrawal history, payout-method identifiers, anti-fraud signals) — retained for up to 6 years after the most recent withdrawal or account closure, in line with standard tax and payment-record retention requirements.
  • Behavioral and Interaction Data, Technical Identifiers — kept in identifiable form for up to 13 months for security, fraud detection, and platform analytics; aggregated and anonymized thereafter.
  • Compliance correspondence and identity-verification records — retained for the period required by the applicable anti-fraud and financial-record statute, typically 5 to 7 years.

Once data is no longer needed for any of the purposes above, we permanently delete it from our systems or transform it into an anonymized format that can no longer be linked back to you.
